  1. I love the website! looking good! Thanks for featuring me. I’ll be more prepared for you in the future. By the way, working on a current study correlating mindfulness and sleep!

  2. Thanks so much for helping us out, Gaby! I hope people take the time to listen to your ideas, as you taught me things I never realized, especially the connection between procrastination and anxiety. Mindfulness offers a great way to appreciate the power of awareness, which is at the heart of our service. We teachers and parents need to hear these things!

So appreciate your thoughts, and we look forward to hearing more from you!

  3. Thanks for sharing all this knowledge. It makes me think about the way I do things as a student and in my personal life as well. Gaby, I think anxiety is something we have in our genes, we can talk about it sometime. I hope you can come to Paraguay soon and work here at least for a few months; we can really use what you’re studying!
Michael the website is great! I love it!

  4. Thanks Ivonne! I’m glad I could be insightful. I would love to work in Paraguay! In fact, I would love to visit in the summer… I’ll need to settle things with work in DC, but will make it an ultimatum if they want me. lol
I would love to talk about the role of genes in mental health! And learning more about those Lopez hormones… Thanks for listening! So awesome of you!
